Refund & Transfer Policy
No refunds
All purchases for digital and in-person classes are final and nonrefundable.
Transfer to a future class
Your registration may be transferred to a future digital or in-person class of equal or lesser value. The credit must be used within one year of the original purchase date.
Transfer to another person
You may transfer your registration to another person by email. Include the new attendee’s full name, email address, and phone number, and copy them directly on the message. Notice must be provided at least 48 hours before the class. You may reply to your registration confirmation email to request the transfer.
